Sunday, September 18, 2005Weekend at Tali This one is not your typical Sunday Club. This one involved the Pascuals and the Lacsons, me being the adopted Lacson kid. This time, the trip was altogether an out of town trip... to Tali.  We left at about 4 pm the day before for the drive to the beach, which included a stopover at the Shell as a meeting place. Of course, that involved some KFC to jumpstart our mood. That aside, the drive felt pretty long since the sun was still up when we left and it was already dark when we arrived at Kuya Nicky's house.  After fixing up the house and settling down, all of us girls (Ate Pebs, Ate Boom, Regina, and I) cooked dinner. Yes! Cooked dinner. And it was actually Regina who helped me set the table. Then some common friends came over and joined us in our "feast". It felt like a feast since we were only there overnight and we had all that food... sugpo, fried bangus with pesto, can't remember all of it basta there was a lot. The remainder of the night was spent watching "Fantastic Four", eating more chips, and going to a nice, yummy sleep. Sunday was beach hopping day. After eating a good breakfast we went to Sunset Beach to just watch the waves. It was high tide so we couldn't really swim that day. Poor Bam's nerdiness was the topic of our conversation. Then we went off to the Main Beach where we met up with the friends again. Afterwhich, Regina, Kuya Nicky and I spent the remainder of the morning in the Jacuzzi at the house. Since all trips come to an end, it was time to pack up after lunch and head back home.
